– Upon receiving the product, the buyer is required to record a video of the unboxing and inspection process from start to finish. This video must capture the entire unboxing procedure, including the initial opening of the package, the unveiling of the product, and a thorough inspection of its condition.
2. **Continuous Recording:**
– The buyer must maintain continuous recording throughout the entire unboxing and inspection process. Any breaks or interruptions in the recording will not be accepted.
3. **Camera Focus:**
– The product being recorded must remain within the camera’s frame at all times. Any instances where the product is out of range of the camera or obscured from view will not be tolerated.
4. **Non-Compliance:**
– Failure to adhere to these recording requirements will be considered the buyer’s fault. PCfix will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or insufficient video recordings.
5. **Product Inspection:**
– The purpose of the video recording is to document the condition of the product upon receipt. The buyer is encouraged to thoroughly inspect the product during the recording process and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
6. **Dispute Resolution:**
– In the event of any disputes related to the condition of the product or the shipping process, PCfix will review the video recording provided by the buyer to assess compliance with the agreed-upon terms. Any discrepancies or deviations from the recording requirements will be taken into consideration during the dispute resolution process.
